Come feel alive
From gigs to secret screenings, and dancing meditations over disco beats, these old walls have seen (almost) everything.
Our gatherings
Aeroplane Mode
Phone-free game night
For those looking to have a good time, share a drink, socialise, and play a decent range of iconic games (yes, we have Rummikub!). Aeroplane Mode is the first phones-off board games night in Kent.
Remember what life was like before smartphones.
No need to leave your pooches at home. Aeroplane Mode is pet-friendly.
Arrive & leave anytime between 7-10pm
Play one of our classic boardgames or bring your own
CineBar
Secret cinema club
We turn the room into a mini movie theatre: switch on the projector and surround sound, and stock the bar with good drinks. Our secret cinema nights are a chance to watch films you might not normally pick.
There are no trailers (yes, you’ve heard that right!)
Films range from classics to critically-acclaimed indie flicks. Never boring.
Forget about Rotten Tomatoes scores and just embrace the mystery!
Usual runtime is between 90-120 mins

Hire The Loft
We have just the place
Whether you're planning a retreat, community workshop, film festival, gig, or something we've never heard before, you're welcome here.
-
The only NYC-style warehouse in Kent run by creators for creators. Flooded with sunlight and never boring. Hire it alone or with our pro lighting gear.
-
With room with up to 150 guests, a drinks license, transparent pricing, and a unique location—you can dream big without worrying about the what ifs.
-
You bring the practice, we bring the space. For those offering sound baths, breathwork, Reiki, somatic work, retreat days, and workshops.
If you're a smaller practitioner still building your audience or who isn’t ready to commit to a full hire, we offer flexible profit-share arrangements.
-
Trade the boardroom for a space with raw, creative energy. We're the ideal backdrop for your next staff party, private screening, or brand activation.

Head to the events calendar above, find what catches your eye, and click the ticket button. Fill the short booking form and you'll get a confirmation email with all the details. Then show up and have a great time.

We have most of the classic titles, but of course you're very, very welcome to bring your own games, of course. Plus, we're always on the lookout for new games to add to our collection, so if you think, 'Oh, I'd love it if you guys had this one', just let us know and we'll try our best.
Just a heads up: we're not responsible if anything you bring might go missing or get broken.
-
We're in a historic building, which unfortunately means no step-free access and no lift. The Loft is on the top floor. There are two flights of stairs from the Petticoat Emporium entrance, or one from the rear.
There are two standard bathrooms downstairs and one disabled bathroom. These are shared with Petticoat Lane Emporium during the day.
-
We hold up to 150 people standing and 80 seated. We often try to ensure we’re a nudge below these numbers so you have space to move and be.
-
Yes. Our doors are open for private film screenings, intimate gigs, dinners, Aeroplane Mode-like hangouts, book launches, corporate events and most things in between.
Got an idea? Tell us about it. It's easier than guessing what we'd say yes to (we usually say yes!).
