We’re so excited to be bringing ‘Ritual’ to The Loft.
Ritual is about creating inner space — for peace you can’t put a price on, for grounding and strength you can carry into your day.
It’s also about community: familiar faces and new friends :)
Our instructors combine hours of training with a wealth of experience holding the room with care, presence, and ease.
The Loft’s natural light and wide open space is definitely something to be felt!
Come and begin a morning Ritual. One that stays with you long after you leave.

Class Descriptions
Sculpt
Sculpt is a rhythm and flow based workout, structured around dynamic moves for deep muscle engagement. Come along to develop endurance both on and off the mat. Each class is built around its own bespoke playlist designed to move the body and regulate the nervous system
Yes, you will sweat, and yes, you’ll shift some energy. The ultimate goal is to ground the mind through exercising the physical body. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
Shake The Dust
Shake the Dust is more than just a workout - it’s a transformative, embodied experience for your body, heart, and mind. Each session is set to a powerful, poetic theme that guides you through waves of perpetual motion, deep rest, release, and wild freedom.
Expect a dynamic mix of shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, and yes, some yoga, Pilates, somatics, and bodyweight training too. Every class is powered by a carefully curated playlist designed to move you as much as your body.
While this is a class where we meet intensity through movement, low impact options are always offered and there is plenty of rest.
Pilates
Pilates is a dynamic movement practice that builds strength, coordination, and energy through controlled, continuous flow.
Classes are upbeat and engaging, moving through precise, rhythmic sequences that challenge the body without impact or unnecessary strain. Guided by breath and attention, the practice feels both energising and grounding.
Rather than rushing or forcing intensity, Pilates develops strength through range, improves posture and mobility, and refines how the body moves as a whole — leaving you feeling worked, aligned, and clear.
Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow Yoga is a slower, softer practice designed to help you move with ease and reconnect with your body.
Classes link simple postures with steady breath, creating a calm, flowing rhythm that supports mobility, releases tension, and settles the nervous system. Movements are accessible and unforced, with space to adapt to how your body feels on the day.
This is a supportive practice for gentle strength, mindful movement, and leaving feeling grounded, open, and at ease.
Dynamic Flow
Dynamic Flow is an active, flowing yoga practice that links breath with movement to build heat, strength, and presence.
Classes move through familiar yoga postures in continuous sequences, encouraging flexibility, balance, and stamina while keeping the body light and mobile. Transitions are fluid and expressive, allowing movement to feel intuitive rather than mechanical.
This practice is about rhythm and awareness — moving with breath, exploring range, and finding steadiness within motion. You’ll leave feeling warm, open, and energised, with a calm focus that lingers beyond the mat.
Breathwork
Breathing should be something we do naturally, yet the pace and pressures of modern life often keep us locked in a state of fight or flight. Over time, this chronic stress places strain on the body, contributes to inflammation, and accelerates the ageing process.
Breathwork classes teach the fundamentals of breathing in a way that supports the nervous system rather than overwhelms it. Through simple, guided techniques, the body is encouraged to shift out of survival mode and back into a state of balance, calm, and internal regulation.
Alongside this, breathwork trains attention and focus — skills that are increasingly eroded by constant stimulation and distraction.
Relearn how to breathe. Train yourself into a deeper sense of awareness, presence, and peace within the body.
